What a day!  We can’t rave enough about Helen and Ken’s Renaissance Hotel wedding at the Edmonton Airport!  From Edmonton, Helen and Ken sought us out early late 2014.  They love Vancouver so much that they traveled out here for their engagement session , and simultaneously making a trip to relish the amazing food we have in this city!

Helen and Ken’s wedding was highly anticipated by everyone!  The newly renovated Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel was the venue for the wedding, providing amazing backdrops wherever you turned!

It was a jam packed day with some hilarious door games, a tea ceremony for all the aunties, uncles and elders (there were many!!) group shots, and of course taking advantage of the beautiful and modern space in the hotel.  We planned on leaving the area to head to a park at some point, but the weather wasn’t great and there was just too much at the hotel that we wanted to shoot!

The reception was not to forget.  An epic entrance with a traditional lion dance, amazing (and hilarious) speeches by the fathers of the bride and groom, and a night of partying!  It was en epic day!!

Congrats Helen and Ken – we had such a great time with you both!!  XOX
